Suppliers

Keep suppliers in view and reduce risk

Pressure on a critical supplier often becomes visible long before a delivery fails: its website goes offline, contacts change, locations close, services disappear or negative coverage grows. CompaPulse monitors publicly available sources, detects changes and classifies them as risk, opportunity or news — helping procurement and supplier teams act sooner.

Where supplier risks go unnoticed

  • Critical changes become visible only when deadlines or quantities are already missed.
  • News, site announcements and leadership changes are discovered by chance.
  • Information across a large supplier base is scattered over websites, media and public notices.
  • Without a historical comparison, there is no evidence of when a situation actually changed.

Frequently asked questions

Which supplier information does CompaPulse check?
It checks publicly available information such as website content and availability, services, locations, contacts, leadership, legal details, news and social activity. Key figures, annual filings and official notices can be added optionally.
Does this replace a credit check or supplier audit?
No. CompaPulse provides evidenced early-warning signals from public sources, but it does not replace credit reports, register checks, audits or delivery guarantees.
How quickly are new risks detected?
CompaPulse checks daily by default. Higher plans allow several runs per day, and you can set the frequency and start time in alert settings.
Can I monitor many suppliers at once?
Yes. Supplier lists can be imported by CSV or Excel. Capacity depends on your plan, and duplicate entries are detected during import.
